Silver Support
For customers who need support during prime time business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (local time zone), our Silver program meets this time requirement. Although TDI holidays are not included in this program, customer requests received during holiday hours or after supported hours will be processed the next business day.

Gold Support
Many customers have mission critical operations that extend beyond prime time hours Monday through Friday and may include holidays as well. For these customers, we offer our Gold program. Support is available seven days a week from 7:00am - 7:00pm (local time zone) by phone or email with a 2-hour response time for all phone requests, including all TDI holidays. The Gold Support program is an effective way to cover twelve hours a day for the whole week.

Platinum Support

We recognize the reality of 7 x 24 operations supporting mission critical applications. Our Help Desk Support team is available 7 x 24 for those customers who require help 7X24X365 (including TDI holidays). This program includes a 2-hour response time for phone requests.

Active Care
Active Care Support provides support at the Platinum level, but you gain the added benefit of having a TDI Support Engineer assigned to you.
